Is your Toyota or Lexus putting you at risk?

Keller Rohrback is investigating reports that up to 1.8 million Toyota and Lexus sedans, crossovers and SUVs equipped with Denso-brand fuel pumps suffer from serious problems that could cause vehicles to stall at speed, fail to accelerate, or run poorly. If you or someone you know owns or leases one of the vehicles listed below, please contact Keller Rohrback’s automotive litigation team at cars@kellerrohrback.com or (800) 776-6044 to discuss your legal rights.

The safety of 1.8 vehicles may be compromised. If you’re concerned that your
Lexus or Toyota is putting you at risk, please
contact us.

Certain Lexus and Toyota sedans, crossovers, and SUVs are equipped with Denso fuel pumps that could stop working while on the road. If a fuel pump fails, the driver is put at increased risk of a crash, especially when driving at high speeds. Additionally, the driver may notice that warning lights appear on the dashboard and that the engine may not restart if it stalls.
