Is your child’s booster seat safe? Keller Rohrback is investigating whether Graco put profits over safety.

Parents care about safety when selecting a booster seat for their child. If you purchased a Graco TurboBooster Highback Car Seat or a Graco AFFIX Youth Booster Seat under the impression that it was side-impact tested and safe for child under 40 pounds, Keller Rohrback wants to hear your story. Please contact us at consumer@kellerrohrback.com, (800) 776-6044, or by using the secure form on this page.

Your child is a very important passenger. Is your Graco booster seat putting your child at risk? Contact us for help.

Despite potentially knowing since as early as 2002 that its booster seats are not safe for children under 40 pounds and under four years old, Graco has continued to advertise the TurboBooster Highback Car Seat and the AFFIX Youth Booster Seat as providing side-impact protection in the event of a crash. The company advertises their booster seats as having been “Graco ProtectPlus Engineered” and even sews “side impact tested” tags into the booster seats.

However, because there are no federal or state standards for side impact testing, Graco’s statements about the safety of the booster seats are based solely on tests the company designs itself. Independent side impact testing showed that the dummy in a Graco booster seat flew out of the shoulder belt, putting the “child” dummy at risk of head, neck, and spine injuries.

To put it simply: we don’t want your child to be at risk. If you bought a Graco booster seat for your child under 4, please contact our consumer protection team at consumer@kellerrohrback.com or (800) 776-6044 to learn more about your legal rights.
