Tyrone significantly contributes to Keller Rohrback’s nationally recognized Complex Litigation Group by providing electronic discovery and litigation support to colleagues and clients on a variety of cases. In addition to reviewing documents to determine responsiveness to discovery requests, Tyrone also conducts quality control, performs privilege reviews and redactions, and creates privilege logs for complex electronic discovery and document review matters.

Before joining Keller Rohrback, Tyrone worked full-time for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in the Capital Habeas Unit where his primary duties included drafting complex legal pleadings, calculating statute of limitations (particularly those related to AEDPA and the Patriot Act) and conducting investigations during the guilt and penalty phases. Tyrone is a skilled communicator, which serves him well whether he's interviewing clients, expert witnesses, or coordinating legal strategies with other organizations.
