Case Overview
Keller Rohrback L.L.P. serves on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the coordinated class action lawsuits on behalf of residents and businesses affected by the Aliso Canyon gas storage facility owned by Southern California Gas Company.
Background Information
Beginning on October 23, 2015 or perhaps before, massive amounts of natural gas tainted with toxic odorant and carcinogens began pouring from a natural gas well blowout at the Aliso Canyon facility adjacent to Porter Ranch. The gas leak forced thousands of people from their homes. While the gas leak at well SS-25 is apparently capped, problems remain at the aging Aliso Canyon facility.
