We are thrilled to announce that Keller Rohrback partner, Derek Loeser, has been selected by Law360 as one of its Titans of the Plaintiffs Bar for 2024! 

This prestigious honor is bestowed only to a select few attorneys who have achieved significant victories in the field of plaintiff’s law over the past year. Derek was one of only eleven attorneys working in the field of mass torts and class actions to be recognized.

Derek was recognized for his work on In re Facebook, Inc. Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation, the MDL litigation against Facebook stemming from the Facebook Cambridge Analytica scandal, where he acted as co-lead counsel. In this case, after years of hard-fought litigation, Derek and his team achieved a historic $725 million settlement, the largest amount paid to date to resolve a privacy-based class action.
