Erin Riley, a Keller Rohrback partner, was elected by the Board of Governors of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC®) was elected by the Board of Governors of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel to be inducted as a Fellow in the College at the College's Annual Dinner held at the Chicago Club in Chicago, IL, on September 17, 2022.
The ACEBC® was formed as a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization to recognize employee benefits attorneys who have dedicated their careers to the field of employee benefits and who in doing so have demonstrated their leadership, character, ability, and professional responsibility. College Fellows have a minimum of 20 years of experience and have been selected as Fellows based on their significant contributions to the advancement of the employee benefits field.
Keller Rohrback is honored that the Board of Governor’s has elected Erin to be a Fellow of the ACEBC®.
Since 2001, Erin’s practice has focused on representing employees and retirees in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) actions involving defined contribution, defined benefit, and health benefit plans.
Erin has worked on numerous ERISA-related articles and amicus briefs, and frequently speaks at employee benefits conferences. She has been actively involved with the Employee Benefits Law (Bloomberg-BNA) treatise since 2012 and currently serves as the lead editor, employee/retiree-side, of the Treatise. She also previously served as Plaintiffs’ Co-Chair of the Civil Procedure Subcommittee and as a senior editor.
