Katherine Klein

Keller Rohrback is excited to welcome associate attorney Katherine Klein to the Complex Litigation team. Katherine, who will be joining the Denver, Colorado office, has significant experience working with environmental and conservation issues. Katherine earned her JD in 2021 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephanie L. Scoville in the 2nd Judicial District for the State of Colorado, and more recently for the Honorable John Daniel Dailey of the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Katherine’s legal experience with nonprofits such as The Wilderness Society and Defenders of Wildlife in Denver, and the Environmental Defense Center in Santa Barbara, CA has prepared her to add to the firm’s unparalleled experience in consumer protection and its deep knowledge of environmental law, in an area of the country rich in scenic beauty, natural resources, and land-use controversies. She is a member of the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Society, and has been published frequently in Water Law Review. Katherine balances her legal career with road trips to America’s National Parks and Wildlife Refuges, reading high fantasy novels, enjoying the company of dogs, kickboxing, and sipping well-steeped cups of the finest tea.

Keller Rohrback is delighted to welcome Katherine Klein to its newest office and looks forward to her presence as the firm establishes its outreach and service to clients in Colorado.
