Keller Rohrback Files Proposed Class Action Complaint Against Theranos, Inc. & Walgreens Boots Alliance

Keller Rohrback L.L.P. has filed a proposed Class Action Complaint against Theranos, Inc. and Walgreens Boots Alliance alleging that Theranos’s “tiny blood test,” that used its proprietary technology “Edison”, did not work. Keller Rohrback continues to investigate whether Theranos and Walgreens misled consumers about the Theranos blood test.
