Keller Rohrback Files Suit Against JUUL for Allegedly Targeting Teens

Keller Rohrback filed a lawsuit against the e-cigarette company JUUL Labs, Inc. and Big Tobacco company Altria Group, Inc., for their role in creating and sustaining the youth vaping epidemic. The class action complaint was filed on behalf of the La Conner School District and all similar US school districts that have spent resources addressing the harm caused to schools due to the widespread student use of JUUL products. Plaintiff alleges that JUUL’s advertising and product design deliberately targeted minors and likely led to the meteoric increase in vaping by minors and that Altria knowingly supported JUUL’s efforts to addict youth to its products.
