Keller Rohrback Investigates JPMorgan Chase 401(k) Savings Plan
February 9, 2017
Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is investigating JPMorgan Chase Bank (“Chase”) for potential breaches of its fiduciary duties in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”).
The investigation focuses on whether Chase breached its fiduciary duties by maintaining expensive Chase-affiliated investment options in the JPMorgan Chase 401(k) Savings Plan (“Plan”) lineup when cheaper, comparable investment options were available. These breaches allegedly resulted in substantial losses of the Plan participants’ retirement savings.
Update: Keller Rohrback recently filed a complaint against JPMorgan Chase Bank, and other related defendants, regarding these alleged breaches of fiduciary duties. Information regarding this case is available on the JPMorgan Chase Case page.
