Please join us in congratulating Managing Partner, Lynn Sarko, for being featured as a 2023 Law360 Titans of The Plaintiffs Bar honoree. Lynn was one of 12 attorneys selected who lead class action and mass torts litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and multidistrict litigation.

For the sixth year in a row, Law360 has recognized attorneys who have excelled in influential plaintiffs’ work and have earned significant achievements over the past year. 

Lynn was selected for this prestigious honor in-part due to his work in the state of Oregon Monsanto Co. case, which was featured in the honoree announcement. Monsanto, the sole manufacturer of PCBs in the United States, made and sold over 1.4 billion pounds of PCBs despite knowing they are toxic, bioaccumulate, and last effectively forever. Keller Rohrback’s environmental team’s work resulted in a nearly $700 million settlement, the largest environmental damage recovery in Oregon history. This resolution followed four years of intense litigation in Multnomah County Circuit Court before the Honorable Benjamin Souede.
