The Rivkin Center hosted its annual “SummeRun” 5K on July 14, 2024 in Seward Park, and Keller Rohrback was a proud sponsor of the event. The Seattle nonprofit’s mission is to end ovarian cancer within our lifetimes, and since 1996 has provided seed funding for select ideas and research from around the world. The organization began as a tribute to Dr. Saul Rivkin’s wife Marsha, a mother of five daughters who was lost to the disease in 1993, and it has raised more than $15 million for innovative research since its inception.
Many KR staff and attorneys have participated in the race over the years, and this year partner Juli Farris and Litigation Legal Assistant/Float Vincent Ruiz represented the firm and joined the early morning throng of runners and walkers.
Anyone who is interested in supporting but missed the earlier opportunity to donate can support the cause until August 31. More information here.
