Keller Rohrback is proud to announce that Portland attorney Sarah Osborn was selected as one of 10 new members of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) Leadership Academy for 2024-25. 

The Leadership Academy program, created in 2016, is designed to support lawyers in practice from 0-10 years as they develop skills and techniques that will make them successful leaders both in their profession and in their respective communities. The selection process prioritizes admission for those from under-represented communities, with the goal of adding to the diversity of leadership within the plaintiff’s bar, the judiciary, and the Oregon State Bar.

The Leadership Academy consists of five sessions that focus on leadership training, personal development, observation of the legislature and appellate courts, and a personal service project. Participants are also welcomed at social events with leaders of the bar, elected officials, and members of the judiciary. The Academy provides a unique opportunity to expand each participant’s professional horizon in the Oregon legal sphere.
