Keller Rohrback L.L.P. represents U.S. airline passengers in an antitrust class action lawsuit against the four largest commercial airlines in the United States—American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines. The complaint alleges that the airlines and their co-conspirators secretly conspired to raise the prices of air passenger transportation services for flights within the United States through agreements to limit capacity.
Litigation is now in discovery, including discovery of both remaining defendants, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines, and many third parties. The discovery activities will continue through 2019 and possibly into 2020.
