Nissan of North America et al., their appointment as Co-Lead counsel in the In Re Chevrolet Bolt EV Battery Litigation, MDL No. 2987, their appointment as Settlement Counsel in In Re Hyundai and Kia Engine Litigation II, and their work in In Re JUUL Labs, Inc. Marketing, Sales Practices, & Products Liability Litigation wherein Plaintiffs survived three rounds of motions to dismiss.
