Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is investigating claims that government contractor 3M Company was aware that its Dual-Ended Combat Arms Earplugs Version 2 (CAEv2) had a design flaw that prevented the earplugs from fitting snugly in the ear canal.
Keller Rohrback, L.L.P. attorneys are in the process of filing a lawsuit on behalf of a class of individuals in Arizona who were affected by HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center’s hiring of former employee, Rocky Allen, who tampered with surgical syringes and put their health and safety at risk for bloodborne pathogens, such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV.
Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is investigating legal claims for those patients, and their families, who developed CRE “Superbug" infections after undergoing ERCP procedures between 2012 and 2014.
