The dinner took place on Friday, April 28, at wǝɫǝbʔaltxw (Intellectual House) on the UW campus. The dinner featured Indigenously prepared foods, and bingo with prizes focused on Native-created items or Native-owned businesses.
Keller Rohrback Managing Partner, Lynn Lincoln Sarko, was recently named as one of Law360 “Titans of the Plaintiffs Bar” for 2023. The “Titans” award seeks to recognize influential members of the plaintiffs’ bar who have had significant wins over the past year. Lynn is one of only 12 attorneys recognized for this honor this year.
March is Women’s History Month, and this month we take a moment to recognize and learn a little bit about women who have served on the United States Supreme Court. The Court is the highest tribunal in the Nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States. As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. To date, six women have served on the Court, with four of them still actively serving.

On Friday, January 6, 2023, Seattle Public Schools took the first step towards holding social media companies accountable for the harm they have wreaked on the social, emotional, and mental health of its students by filing a lawsuit against the companies operating TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, SnapChat, and YouTube.
The Keller Rohrback ERISA team, along with co-counsel at Stris & Maher and the Seattle City Attorney, completed its successful defense of a landmark Seattle ordinance when the Supreme Court denied a petition for certiorari brought by a nationwide employer association. The ordinance requires large hotels to spend a certain amount for their employees’ health care or pay the employees additional compensation so as to enable them to afford such care.
