The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued an opinion upholding California’s “Cal Savers” program, which enables workers whose employers do not sponsor retirement plans to save for their retirement.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) announced recently that it is investigating Zantac and other products containing ranitidine to assess levels of a carcinogenic chemical known as N-nitrosodimethylamine or “NDMA.” An independent lab notified the FDA that Zantac and other products with ranitidine contained up to 3,000 times the designated daily intake limit of NDMA.
Keller Rohrback is investigating claims that the largest chicken processing companies in the United States have been conspiring since 2009 to fix wages for almost a quarter-million employees.
